• PROCESSING TIME

Order processing time is about 3-6 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed and other major holidays).

• Sometimes, If you order several products, the shipment may arrive in several packages to ensure that the ready product will be shipped immediately, without waiting for other products to be ready.

UNUSUAL is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

• Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage.

Orders cannot be canceled from customers after they have been placed.
